Acting as the liaison between client and the creative department, the project management team at an interactive agency
works to provide exceptional customer service, develop, document and
manage project goals and requirements, manage overall project budget
and profitability, develop and manage project timeline, ensure on-time,
on-budget delivery of all milestones and deliverables throughout a
project. The interactive agency depends on the structuring of the
project management department to drive the project to its optimal
profitability and ROI, while maintaining the right resource allocations.
Comparable to other agencies, the interactive agency will contain multimedia, IT, strategic and creative resources that will need the appropriate traffic scheduled out to complete the project and launch the campaign successfully.
